Say It Out Loud is a new series of phonetic Art Text that present spoken English in its written form, which looks -to the uninitiated- more akin to a foreign language.
This Say It Out Loud Print collection is in a Limited Edition of 5. Each sentence is printed on A3 Albrecht Durer 210gsm Archival paper and comes with a signed IPA Keys certifying its authenticity.
The first Sentence of the Series Tamper with Language is being exhibited at the Lethaby Gallery as part of the Merch Exhibition, Granary Square, King Cross, London from the 4rth to the 9th February 2022.
From 4th – 28th February 2022, the print can also be purchased online via Not Just A Shop.
MERCH is a limited-edition print sale in collaboration with final year Art Programme students at Central Saint Martin’s.
The prints exhibited in this sale are all created by students studying either MA Fine Art, MA Fine Art Digital, MA Contemporary Photography; Practices and Philosophies and MA Art and Science.
All the proceeds from the sales go directly to the students to support their final degree show.
